HVAC Project Service Engineer - Major in Chiller, IT Cooling Service
• Perform servicing of Mitsubishi Electric chillers & other HVAC equipment.
• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance for chillers and related equipment.
• Liaising with customers to resolve complaints cases.
• Coordination with vendors and contractors in job coordination.
• Assist or involve in schedule planning & prepare technical analysis reports for management's review.
• Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and Vietnam Safety standards.
• Analyzing defects on the markets, giving feedback and co-operating with manufacturers to improve product quality.
• Working closely with sales teams for technical support.
• Troubleshooting over the phone or at customer's site.
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

• University/College degree in Thermal, Mechanical Technology or Electronic Engineering.
• At least 04 years of working experience in HVAC service center, 2 years of chiller service.
• Have basic knowledge of overhaul, test and commissioning on Mitsubishi Electric chillers.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, repairing & servicing of HVAC equipment & system
• Excellent technical, analytical, and engineering qualifications with outstanding customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
• Good organization, presentation and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
