Robots work independently on each production module to complete the assembly process of contactors. Thanks to its smart features, the robot can assemble contactors with fast speed and high precision. This helps increase productivity and improve the quality of output products.
2. PROCESS DESCRIPTION
Module 1:
- The contactor rear case are put on tray
-> Ready for the assembly line
- The robot accurately positions the rear case to pick it up from the tray and put it on the conveyor belt
-> The smart robot automatically recognizes and pulls out the tray to pick up the objects located deep inside, along with the built-in camera sensor on the robot to help accurately detect the position of the items on the tray
- The camera takes pictures and determines the position of the rear case
-> Accurately locate the required installation positions for each component inside the contactor
- The robot performs the operation of picking up and dropping the stationary core and operational coil to precisely put it into the rear case
Module 2:
- The robot skillfully picks up the return spring component and places it in the correct position on the rear case.
- The robot attaches the housing to the correct joint of the contactor.
- The force sensor function combined with the vision sensor helps control the force acting on the housing shell without damaging the internal components.
- Finish the assembly process by placing finished products evenly on the trays.
Module 3:
- The robot puts the finished contactors into the machine for quality inspection.
- Automatically recognize to pick-and-place onto the corresponding conveyor belts to classify output quality.
