Personal data include basic personal data and sensitive personal data.

Time to store Personal Data
PD shall be stored until having cancellation request or MEVN shall store personal data for the shortest period possible, necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing.
The rights of PD Subject related to PD:
- The right to know the PD is processed.
- The right to consent;
- The right to access for viewing, modifying and the right to data provision – the customers have the right to their data and can request MEVN to provide a copy of data and information on use the personal data. If the personal data of the customers is not correct, the customers can modify or request MEVN to modify.
- The right to withdraw consent: if MEVN requests customer to agree to process PD, the customer can change anytime. If the customer withdraws consent, the customer admits and agrees that MEVN can store and process the customer's personal data according to the current regulation or competent agencies. Besides, the customer shall understand and agree that MEVN will not be able to provide Products and/ or Service to the customer without processing the PD. Hence, when the customers withdraw consent, MEVN has the right to stop providing the related Product and/ or Service and the customers have the right to complete their duties.
- The right to data deletion: the customers have the right to request MEVN to delete your personal data. However, MEVN may need to some personal date to provide Product and service to the customer.
- The right to restriction, object of data processing: the customers have the right to request MEVN stop using your PD or change how to use your PD. However, MEVN may need to have the PD to communicate with the customers or provide Products and Service.
The time of receiving request of PD Subject in writing, MEVN will have the feedback to PD Subject accordingly in accordance with Viet Nam’s law.

MEVN takes the utmost care in ensuring the safety of personal information from children 15 and under. We ask that children 15 and under provide personal information only with parental or guardian consent.
